Due to international laws and restrictions set by our payment processor, we cannot accept payments from cards based in the following countries: UNITED STATES (US), SLOVAKIA (SK), RUSSIAN FEDERATION (RU), NEW ZEALAND (NZ), GERMANY (DE), FRANCE (FR), CHINA (CN), CANADA (CA), BRAZIL (BR), AUSTRALIA (AU). We apologise for any inconvenience.


Delivery

We’re obliged to deliver to the address on an item, and not the name, as per Royal Mail’s guidelines. We strongly recommend using a private address to ensure you receive your parcel and prevent your parcel being lost. If you use a public/business location as the delivery address, The Botanical Garden Ltd are not liable if the parcel is lost after delivery and a signature is present on the tracking.


Shipment processing time

All orders are processed same day if ordered before 4pm Monday to Friday. Orders are not shipped and are usually not delivered on weekends or holidays.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates apply to orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your order and tracking number(s) as required. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Botanical Garden Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages

The Botanical Garden Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. But if you received your order damaged, please contact us to discuss a replacement.
